Through decades of delivery experience, we have built and refined a framework that systemizes the property development cycle from acquisition to exit. We provide clear guidance on the steps required along the journey, and a suite of templates to support you throughout the process. The framework enables a consistent professional approach to your projects.
GD&A was established by Glen Dyke in 2025. Glen is a trusted property professional based in Melbourne. With a strong desire to run projects professionally and efficiently, the GD&A Delivery Framework was established to help development organisations avoid costly mistakes and scale with discipline.
Our Offerings
Step 1: Online course
We provide an initial online course to talk through the fundamentals of a structured approach to property development using our framework. We provide examples of the benefits through presentation of a case study project.
Step 2: Product
We provide you with the GD&A Delivery Framework product as a download. This includes the system itself, guidelines and templates, and an online tutorial.
Step 3: Implementation
We help you and your company embed the system, hold workshops to develop leadership understanding and alignment, and ongoing system support as required.
